Who processes your data

The controller is CreatiCom s.r.o., Company ID No. 08998451, with its registered office at Na Stráni 546/26, Děčín VI-Letná, 405 02 Děčín. IMPLIT is a brand of this company.

You can write to us at kokta@implit.cz or call +420 778 004 030. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because the law does not require us to do so.

When you fill out the consultation form

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)⁠(b) GDPR. It was you who asked us for a meeting.

Technical data

When you submit a form, we process your IP address to protect the website against automated abuse. It is used to limit the number of submissions and to verify that the form is not being submitted by a bot. It is stored for no longer than ten minutes, and we do not link it to your inquiry.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website under Article 6(1)⁠(f) GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of the service providers listed above are based outside the European Union or may process data there. In such cases, we rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep your data

If an inquiry leads to an order, we retain the data for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

• Inquiries and contact details from forms: three years from our last contact
• Email communication: three years
• IP address: ten minutes

Your rights

With regard to your data, you have the right to:

• know which data we process about you and receive a copy of it
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate
• have it erased if we have no grounds to hold it
• restrict or object to its processing
• receive it in a machine-readable format and transfer it elsewhere
• withdraw your consent, just as easily as you gave it
