For companies where people still do routine work
We find the place in your company where AI pays off and build a working solution.

01 — Sound familiar?
You hear about AI everywhere, but nobody has told you specifically what it will do for your company or which area is worth tackling first.
You pay for an analysis and a nice presentation. Then someone tells you to “implement it.” But who is actually going to do it? Your team has neither the capacity nor the know-how.
IT projects drag on and get more expensive. Without a fixed price and a clear scope, nobody wants to invest, even when the outcome makes sense.
CRM, accounting, ERP, online store: each system lives in its own world. People retype data by hand, make mistakes, and lose time.
There’s no in-house IT, or it has no time. Employees use AI their own way: no system, no security, no measurable benefit.
You make decisions based on reports someone spent hours pulling together by hand. And yet you have the data. It just isn’t available where you need it.
02 — Our approach
“It’s not about coming up with the biggest solution that replaces half the company. It’s about designing AI tools that free up people’s time for more meaningful work and for growing the company.”
03 — Industries
We’re not tied to one industry. We have one way of working: find the place where the benefit can be measured or calculated, and build a working solution.
Manufacturing and engineering
Three people work on a quote one after another, and meanwhile the customer sends the inquiry elsewhere. Orders that arrive as PDFs in other companies’ formats get retyped into the ERP. What the machine setter knows isn’t written down anywhere.
Building materials and construction
A few people hold the price lists and technical rules, the documentation sits on a shared drive, and everyone searches it on their own. A graphic designer spends days on a proposal for the customer.
Food production
The production plan is built in Excel from last year’s figures, and nobody tallies the returns properly. Someone retypes listing sheets for retail chains and orders that come in outside EDI.
Design and engineering offices
Standards, past projects, and technical reports sit in binders. Bills of quantities get retyped, and only one design engineer knows “how we handled it on the last build.”
Wholesale and distribution
Orders arrive as PDFs, as Excel files, and in the body of emails, and someone retypes them into the ERP. Errors only surface at invoicing. Customers call to ask about prices and availability.
E-commerce and retail
Support keeps answering the same questions about availability, delivery, and complaints. Someone retypes descriptions and specs for thousands of items. Returns are handled over email, with no rules.
Transport, freight, and logistics
The dispatcher works out the freight price in their head, and it never comes out the same twice. Orders from PDFs get retyped into the TMS. Nobody compares the plan with what actually happened.
Auto repair and equipment dealers
Appointments are made over the phone, parts and prices are looked up in catalogs, and the customer’s service history is in the foreman’s head.
Accounting and tax firms
Documents from clients are retyped by hand, and only one person knows “how we handled it last time.” The same client questions get answered again and again.
Law firms
Finding “how we argued it last time” takes hours. Contracts are checked against the template by hand, and an assistant tracks deadlines in a spreadsheet.
Real estate agencies
Property documents are pieced together by hand from emails and the land registry, listings get written from scratch again and again, and every prospect gets the same answers.
Marketing and creative agencies
The brief gets rewritten into assignments for the designer and the copywriter, client materials are dug out of emails, and campaign reporting is pieced together by hand from several tools.
Service and facility management
Inspection deadlines are tracked in a spreadsheet that one person maintains. Dispatching runs over email, and a technician in the field hunts for documentation over the phone.
IT companies and service providers
The helpdesk answers the same requests over and over, customer documentation is scattered, and quotes are assembled from price lists by hand.
Hotels, restaurants, and tourism
Bookings from several portals and email get retyped, guests keep asking the same things, and ingredients are ordered by gut feel.
Private clinics and laboratories
The front desk spends the day booking appointments by phone. Reports, request forms, and consent forms get retyped. Procedures are looked up in binders. The doctor makes the decisions about the patient; the tool prepares the groundwork.
Municipalities and public bodies
Citizens’ filings and applications are sorted by hand, a clerk answers the same questions again and again, and searching through ordinances, resolutions, and contracts takes time.

What we can do
For each one, we first calculate whether it pays off. Where rules are enough, we don’t deploy AI.
We pull what the customer wants out of the email and attachments, rules built on your price list calculate the price, and the draft goes into your template for a salesperson to review.
Orders, invoices, and delivery notes from PDFs and email into the ERP, checked against master data. Whatever doesn’t pass goes to a person’s queue.
Answers from your documentation, always with a source. Complaints handled by your rules; a person deals only with the exceptions.
Procedures, policies, and price lists you can ask about in plain language. Answers link to the source and respect permissions, even for a new hire on day one.
Customers design or choose for themselves what can be made or delivered. Results in seconds, calculated by your rules.
What someone pieces together by hand from several systems today runs automatically. Here you usually don’t need AI; rules and integrations are enough.
We also handle complex cases tailored to your processes. We can go through yours in thirty minutes, with no obligation.

Our team brings together different kinds of experience: custom software and app development, business process design, AI architecture and security, sales, and training. We built CreatiCom, a company of some forty people, on advanced work with AI agents.

05 — How we work together
Four steps, the same for every project: consultation, analysis, build, operation. You get the timeline and the price in writing as soon as we know the scope.
30 minutes, online. We get to know your situation and tell you straight whether it makes sense to continue.
We map the chosen area, measure what it costs today, and propose a first deployment at a fixed price.
We build the smallest solution that solves the problem, measure before and after, and hand it over with documentation and training. The result is yours.
A long-term AI partner: consultations, further process analyses and optimization, more deployments. Or your own IT runs the solution.
We run at most 6 projects at once, with 2 open slots left in Q4 2026.
Get in touch06 — Common questions
It starts with a free 30-minute call. We’ll tell you straight whether we can be of value to you. If we think we can’t, we’ll say so. If we can, we’ll propose a tailored AI workshop: using your own examples, we show what works in your industry and pick the areas where it makes sense. Whether it pays off is something we measure in the process analysis. You leave with a recommendation, even if it’s “not yet.”
We take over the routine work that people do by hand today. We turn an emailed inquiry into a quote, get documents from PDFs and emails into your ERP, answer recurring questions from your documentation, and make company procedures available through plain-language questions. We give your customers a configurator and automate manual reporting. For every use case, we first calculate whether it pays off. Where rules will do, we don’t deploy AI.
You don’t. We work with what you have: ERP, CRM, accounting software, shared drives, and email. We take from them what the use case needs. We set up the data feed around the problem to be solved, not “everything, just in case.” An in-house IT team helps mainly when it comes to agreeing where the data should come from. By default, though, we don’t go into your internal systems that hold sensitive data, so this isn’t a project your IT team would have to carry.
They don’t. In a tailored AI workshop, we use your own examples to show what works in your industry. We build the solution, and at handover you get documentation and training for the people who will work with it. What we mainly need from you is someone who knows the process and can tell us how things are really done at your company.
