The process differs a little at every company. This timeline shows how we most often work together, where the path splits, and which steps you can skip.

01 — The process

Six steps, two of them optional

  1. 30 minutes · online · free

    Step 1: Intro call

    We get to know what you’re dealing with and tell you straight whether it makes sense to continue. If we think it doesn’t, we’ll say so.

  2. Optional step

    At your company

    Step 2: Tailored AI workshop

    Using examples from your industry, we show what AI can do, and together we pick two or three areas where it makes sense. You leave with an opportunity map.

    If you already know what you want to tackle, we skip the workshop.

  3. Step 3: Assessment

    Where we look depends on what you’re dealing with. For automation, we look at the process. For a knowledge base, at the documents.

      Process analysis

      We map the chosen area, measure what it costs today, and propose a first deployment.

    • Knowledge base

      Document review

      We go through the documents and data you have and the state they’re in. We tell you what the knowledge base can handle right away and what needs to be cleaned up.

  4. In writing

    Step 4: Proposal and fixed price

    We agree on the scope, where the solution will run, and who will own what. We confirm a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing up front, and any increase happens only with your consent.

    Nothing starts without your consent.

  5. Step 5: Build and handover

    We build the smallest solution that solves the problem, measure before and after, and hand it over with documentation and training. The code, configuration, and access are yours.

  6. Optional step

    Step 6: Operation and development

    We take care of running the solution and further deployments, or hand the keys over to your IT team. It’s an option, not a condition.

  • If we think it doesn’t make sense, we’ll say so.
